I have developed two training programs that are already available on the Training Peaks Platform, or if you don't know how to do it from that site I can also intermediate directly or explain how to do it. Having no more space for Coaching this year, these Training Plans give the opportunity to improve using my Working Methods!

The two programs differ in duration, one is spread over 4 weeks, while the second lasts 3 months. Both offer different workouts designed to improve your performance. The workloads are progressive and based on different training stimuli. Result of Years of Experience as a Professional Cyclist and University Education.

1 Months Train Like The PROf

1 Month Training Program, with daily workouts divided into weekly Work Blocks, and personalized parameters for each based on a Test that is carried out at the beginning, and then repeated at the end of the course to evaluate improvements.

3 Months Train Like The PROf

3-month training program, with daily workouts divided into weekly work blocks, and personalized parameters for each based on a test that is carried out at the beginning, repeated every 4 weeks to calibrate the parameters step by step and at the end of the course to evaluate the improvements.

Some Info and Preview on the Plans..

1 or 3 month Training Program divided into 4 and 12 weeks, with specific work and challenging workouts created progressively to best improve your Performance. The Programs are made up of 3-week Work Blocks, followed by a Recovery Week, so in the 3 MonthsPlan in total there are 3x3 Week Work Blocks interspersed with 3 easier Weeks.

 

A 5' and 20' Test must be carried out on the first day to see the starting point and set the Training Zones and the FTP. Then it will be run again every 4 weeks to keep the Training Zones updated and see step by step if there have been improvements.

 

Training plan for athletes at good level and already in good physical shape, not recommended as an initial program from zero. Ideal for preparing for an important appointment at the end of the training course, or simply to improve your level and performance after 3 months of work.

 

Training sessions that can also be used on other occasions, and which come from my personal experience as a Professional Cyclist, combined with training and University Study with a degree in Sports Science first and then Sports Science and Technique.

Mostly of the Workout are Power based, so it's helpful to have a Power meter on your bike. Each workout is explained in detail, so you have all the information to perform them best.
