First year as a professional cyclist, in which I participated for the first time in the Giro d'Italia and many races on the WorldTour calendar.
After the first year in Lampre I moved to UAE, where I continued to gain experience and achieved the first good results. Having the chance to race together with champions such as Rui Costa, Aru, Martin, Kristoff and in the last year Pogacar and Philipsen.
In 2020 I decided to get back into the game at Wanty, which later became Intermarché, where I saw how as a Professional team you can reach World Tour level and achieve great results. Here, among the personal results of which I am proud are the Top10 at Strade Bianche in 2022 and the 3rd place in the 7th stage of the Giro d'Italia 2023 with arrival on the Gran Sasso, even if I have some regrets about the latter.
